Murphy Classic WIFFLE Ball Tournament (3rd Annual)
When: September 16th, 2023
Where: Batesville, IN
The Murphy Classic will be hosting it’s 3rd annual WIFFLE ball tournament in Batesville, Indiana this upcoming September. The Murphy Classic is a charity tournament that raises money towards ALS.
On December 26, 2019, Andy Murphy was diagnosed with ALS. ALS is a nervous system disease that weakens muscles, impacts physical function, and also affects verbal communication. Nerve cells break down and reduce the function of their muscles. The cause of ALS is unknown. Medication and therapy can reduce discomfort and slow the affects of ALS, but there is NO CURE.
This year there will be a silent auction and a raffle during the tournament. And when you have a bottle of Blanton’s in your silent auction, it’s going to make for a great day!
With the tournament just under a month away, teams are practicing hard so they can be crowned the 2023 champions!
Do you have what it takes to win the 2023 Murphy Classic?! Do you want to have a great time playing wiffle ball while helping to raise money for charity?! Well, wait no longer… there are only a few spots left! Get your team registered today!

The third annual Murphy Classic will be an extremely emotional one, because unfortunately on July 13, 2023, Andy lost his battle with ALS.
That makes this year’s tournament even more important for raising awareness. It will be emotional, but this is why we love playing wiffs!
Please be sure to make a trip out for the tournament or use the link / QR code below to donate to a great cause.

Thanks for the note. The event I do every year since 1999 is for orphanage kids only and is private in nature for the benefit of the kids only.
